RETURN POLICY'S
NO REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS
We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why we have a return policy that is second to none. If any COMFORTSTYLES.COM products ever fail to perform, you have within 14 days to return it for a refund,replacement, or credit. We refund all taxes you were charged, but we do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges.
How to return an item:

Complete the return/exchange form.
If you don't have the return/exchange form, contact us at COMFORTSTYLES.COM company before making any returns. Our products come from all over the world, we probably have you return the item to the address on the package you received.
Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify COMFORTSTYLES.COM , within 5 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Products returnded for any reason other than exchange or replacement may be subject to a 35% return fee.
Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged approiately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged product(s) will be returned to customer.
Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy:
Olevia brand TVs - are covered by Manufacturer's warranty. New Olevia TVs come with one year Manufacturer's warranty, serviced at Customer's location. Reconditioned Olevia TVs come with 90 days Manufacturer's warranty, serviced direct with the manufacturer. You need to register with Olevia within one month of the purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.
Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer.
Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to COMFORTSTYLES.COM. Most TV/Monitors 30"/projections products and Samsung TV's 14" or larger to not qualify under normal COMFORTSTYLES.COM Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service. Most TV's/Monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 35% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 14 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense.
Any canceled shoe order will be charged a 20% processing fee.
All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
In the case of a return without prior authorization from Comfortstyles.com, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer's request Comfortstyles.com may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 70% of the total merchandise value.
Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored.

Order Status
Q. How long will my order be, "Processing"?
A. Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 3-4 business days.
Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
Q. Can you ship to PO Boxes?
A. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We do require all "ship-to addresses" to be actual street addresses.
Q. What about International Shipments?
A. We only accept orders from the United States , but we can only ship within the Continental United States.
