How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept all major credit cards through Paypal our secure online payment processor.

Do you do back orders?

comfortstyles.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

 

Can I expedite my order?

 

Yes, the other shipping options is available at checkout.

Do you have C.O.D.?

No. Sorry. Currently we accept online order only, you have to pay us in advance by Paypal, credit card.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.  You may cancel an order up to 2 hours prior to processing. Just login your account and cancel the order before we process your order Or e-mail us at sales@comfortstyles.com, once your order in shipping status you can not cancel your order. Any canceled shoe order will be charged a 15% processing fee.


How safe if I pay by credit card?

We know your concern about security purchase online, at Comfortstyles.com all credit card transaction process by 3rd party - PayPal. uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Do your keep my credit card information?

No. The payment is process by 3rd party - PayPal and we never keep any information of your credit card.

Is there any hidden charge?

No. You pay to us is what you see on the final checkout screen.

Are your products new or factory reconditioned?

If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

The item I want is out of stock in my size, when will you be restocking it?
The majority of our inventory consists of closeouts, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not readily available. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit cards.

Find the product you would like to buy by searching or browsing www.comfortstyles.com then, click on the "Add To Shopping Cart" button next to the product. This will add the product to your "Shopping Cart" and show you the contents of your cart. From your "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the online order forms.

Complete each of the order forms including shipping address, billing address and payment information. Be sure to print a copy of the online receipt for future reference.  When your order is shipped,customers is notified and given tracking information.
