There are NO RETURNS on any customize items, it's MADE TO ORDER. But if we do make an error on the products, we accept the return and correct it.


How to return an item:

Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify comfortstyles.com , within 3 business days if any products are missing or damaged.

If you have received the wrong order, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 3 days of delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must have their original tags attached.  We do not accept returns on items that have been used or washed.  We do not accept returns on customized items. 


Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 50%  fee.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

We do not accept returns on: hats, socks, underwear and any items that state it's a final sale on the product page. 

Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored.

At this time we only accept credit card payments online.

Q. How long will my order be, "Processing"?


A. Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 3-4 business days.

Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
 
Q. Can you ship to PO Boxes?

A.  We are will to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses.

Q. What about International Shipments?

A. We ship within the USA, Canada and UK

Note: Shipments or Returns sent to this address will not be processed.
