We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why we have a return policy that is second to none. If any products ever fail to perform, you have 14 days to return it for a refund, replacement or store credit. We refund all taxes you were charged, but we do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges.

How to return an item:

Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify , within 5 business days if any products are missing or damaged.

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must have their original tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.

Products returned for any reason other than exchange or replacement may be subject to a 35% return fee.

We do not refund shipping fees.

Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged product(s) will be returned to customer.

Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 35% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

Defective Items:  Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.

If the return has been received to our warehouse after 14 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense.

In the case of a return without prior authorization from, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer's request may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.


All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. (This does not include items ordered using an Comfort Styles. Elite Asylum's discount code.)

We do not accept returns on: hats, socks, underwear and any items that state it's a final sale on the product page. 

Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored.

Q. How long will my order be, "Processing"?

A. Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 3-4 business days.

Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
Q.Do you insure my orders?

A. Yes, that is why your shipping cost that much, it is included in the shipping. In the event they get damaged the carrier(s) will replace the products in the order and reship them from the supplier.

Q. Can you ship to PO Boxes?

A.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We do require all "ship-to addresses" to be actual street addresses.

Q. What about International Shipments?

A. We only accept orders from the United States , but we can only ship within the Continental United States.
